Returns must be prior authorized by emailing us at karmanag@aol.com or calling us at 201-637-4137 and receiving a prior authorization number. There is a 20% Restocking fee for authorized returns. Return shipping will be paid by the customer unless the return is due to incorrect items received or error on behalf of Authentic Dream Catcher Studio. Returns that are authorized due to error of Authentic Dream Catcher Studio will NOT be subject to the 20% restock fee.

NO RETURNS will be authorized for artifacts, special orders, ceremonial, custom orders, personalized items, perishable, consumable goods, edible goods, jewelry, beauty and perfume goods. Returns are only for authorized for items that are at the discretion of Authentic Dream Catcher Studio.

Damaged goods must be kept until given further instructions from our staff. If you receive damaged goods, call or email us the particulars and we will give you instructions about how to file an insurance claim and/or receive a replacement.
